In South Korea, natural skin care brand Isoi is expanding its international presence with store launches in China and the United States.

The company recently began distributing its products at Sephora stores in China and at Whole Foods Market locations in New York state. It plans to expand its relationship with Whole Foods Market to include additional US locations, and aims to enter the European market in 2017. Isoi has already established a research center in Germany.

The company—whose slogan is: What made Snow White collapse was none other than a poisoned apple—does not use common synthetic chemicals often found in cosmetics, including polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, and parabens. It is the first cosmetics brand to be verified by the non-governmental organization Environmental Working Group.
