In New York, genomic data analysis platforms from Seven Bridges and SolveBio have been integrated with each other to provide expanded capabilities to clients. While financial terms of the agreement were not publicly available, Seven Bridges raised $45 million and SolveBio raised $4.5 million in financing earlier this year. The Seven Bridges platform allows the analysis of millions of genomes with other data. Their clients include the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the VA’s Million Veteran Program, and the National Cancer Institute. SolveBio’s platform allows the indexing and linking of biomarkers and variant data. Now with both platforms integrated, clients can analyze large genomic datasets using Seven Bridges and connect that information to SolveBio for interpretation and assessments.
