Netherland's Sunoil purchases biodiesel plant
In the Netherlands, Sunoil has purchased the biodiesel plant owned by now-bankrupt BioValue in Eemshaven with the contract signed by BioValue’s parent company Delta NV. There seems to be legal concerns regarding the purchase, however.
