Mothballed Illinois ethanol plant set to come online before Thanksgiving

In Illinois, the mothballed ethanol plant in Benton County is getting ready to come back online in the next couple of weeks. Construction delays pushed back the re-opening of the plant that was shuttered three years ago, but rather than opening in September it will open just before Thanksgiving. Production ought to come online about a month later.
