Metafuels secures $2.21 million Dutch government grant to advance Rotterdam e-SAF project
In the UK, Fuel Cells Works reported that Metafuels Nederland has been awarded a $2.21 million grant from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) under the GroenvermogenNL program.
The funding will support development of our Turbe project with Evos, a synthetic sustainable aviation fuel (e-SAF) facility planned at the Evos terminal in the Port of Rotterdam according to the report.
“Turbe will be the first commercial deployment of our proprietary aerobrew methanol-to-jet technology and is designed as a blueprint for future large-scale facilities,” the company said.
