Malaysia’s palm oil exports fell by 22.5% in February
In Ukraine, UkrAgro Consult reported that Malaysia’s palm oil stocks fell 3.9% in February compared to the previous month, reaching a four-month low of 2.7 million tons, according to the official estimate of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB).
Meanwhile, crude palm oil production last month fell to 1.28 million tons, 18.6% lower than in January, while exports fell 22.5% to 1.13 million tons.
Previously, the publication, based on a survey of experts, predicted Malaysia’s palm oil stocks for February would reach 2.63 million tons, production would reach 1.3 million tons, and exports would reach 1.18 million tons.
