From field to asphalt: Warsaw Chemical rolls out soybean release agent
Dubbed BIO-SLIDE, the 30% biobased solution showed effective asphalt release, coating stability and sustained performance through multiple high-temperature cycles. It is suitable for applications throughout the paving industry and creates a new and growing market for soy.
“The lab is working very hard to increase the demand for soy and are trying to do right by the general public by producing a green product,” Jerry Bambauer, a member of the United Soybean Board, told Brownfield Ag News.
