Brazil’s grain production to reach 353.4 million tons in the 2025/26 crop year, Conab says
In Brazil, Portal Marcos Santos reported that Brazilian farmers are expected to harvest 353.4 million tons of grains in the 2025/26 crop year, a result that maintains the expectation of a slight growth of 0.3% compared to the volume obtained in the 2024/25 cycle and which, if confirmed, establishes a new record in the historical series of the National Supply Company (Conab).
The data is from the 6th Survey of the 2025/26 Grain Crop, published on March 13 by Conab.
According to the document, the area destined for planting should grow by 1.7%, estimated at 83.2 million hectares, while the national average productivity of the crops should reach 4,250 kilos per hectare in the current cycle.
