Brazil to break records for soybean exports and production in 2026, association says
In Brazil, G1 reported that Brazil is expected to export a record volume of 113.6 million tons of soybeans in 2026, according to an estimate released by the Brazilian Association of Vegetable Oil Industries (Abiove).
The projection has been increased by more than 2 million tons compared to the previous month, as the country concludes the harvest of the crop, which is also expected to be the largest ever recorded.
If this forecast proves correct, Brazil, the world’s largest producer and exporter of soybeans, will see an increase of 5.4 million tons in exports compared to 2025, according to the report.
