Anec cuts forecast for Brazilian soybean exports in February

In Brazil, Forbes reported that Brazilian soybean exports are expected to reach 10.69 million tons in February, a cut of about 800,000 tons compared to the previous week’s projection according to data from the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec)

Exports of the oilseed from the country, the world’s largest producer and exporter, would increase by almost 1 million tons compared to February of last year, where there was a record for that month.

Anec did not immediately detail the reason for the reduction in the estimate, the report stated.
