Anec slightly reduces its forecast for Brazilian soybean shipments in June.
In Brazil, Reuters reported that Brazil’s soybean exports in June were estimated on 15.21 million tons, about 100,000 tons less than the forecast the previous week, according to figures from the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec).
If the forecast is confirmed, shipments would increase by 1.42 million tons compared to June of last year, according to the report.
The country’s soybean meal exports are projected at 2.47 million tons, up from 2.24 million tons in the previous week’s projection, an increase of almost 800,000 tons compared to the same month in 2025, the report added.
