In Connecticut, Hartford’s Riverfront Recapture is organizing a program to provide biodegradable golf balls full of fish feed for residents to whack into the Connecticut River.

Called Lunchtime Drive, the chance to hit a target in the river will cost you $5 for two balls or $15 for 7.

The balls are made out of a biodegradable shell and are filled with fish food. They dissolve within 36-48 hours. Money raised will help fund Riverfront Recapture’s free yoga and boot camp fitness classes.
