VINSSEN signs MOU with Marinteknik to boost hydrogen fuel cell hybrid marine systems
In Singapore, VINSSEN has signed an MOU with Singapore’s Marinteknik to accelerate the shift toward clean propulsion across Asia. The partnership centers on VINSSEN’s Hydrogen-ready battery-based hybrid systems — designed to evolve from diesel-hybrid to full battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell propulsion as infrastructure matures.
Marinteknik contributes 40+ years of ship design and construction expertise and a powerful regional network. VINSSEN brings proven hydrogen, battery, and hybrid technologies — including Korea’s first AIP-certified hydrogen-powered vessel.
Together, they will deliver turnkey, zero-emission-ready solutions, integrating smart navigation and digital vessel systems to enhance efficiency, safety, and lay the foundation for autonomous operations.
