Two Energae investors seek injunction on fraudster CEO to get investment back
In Iowa, two North Dakota investors of Energae, formerly known as Black Lion Energae and Algae Energae, are seeking a court-appointed receiver for the company that was meant to produce ethanol and “green” vodka. The company, operated by a former stockbroker, had his securities trading license permanently removed in Iowa for offering or selling unregistered, non-exempt and non-federal covered securities, which opens the door for all investors to receive a refund of their investment.
