The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, was flat at 81.60 despite an advanced biofuels surge. For the day, KiOR (KIOR) soared 50.48 percent to $0.16, while Valero (VLO) fell 3.28 percent to $50.96. Among other equities, Gevo (GEVO) dropped 4.16 percent to $0.46. Overall, declines and advances were even for the day.
