Thailand's PTT denies it is hoarding biodiesel
In Thailand, the country’s largest fuel retailer PTT has denied claims that it is hoarding biodiesel, saying prices keep falling so there is no need to do so. That PTT recently has reduced the purchases of biodiesel after the National Energy Policy Committee reduced the compulsory biodiesel mixture from 3 percent to 2 percent.
