Sustainable AgroEnergy fights back in UK courts

In the UK, the CEO of Sustainable AgroEnergy has gone to court to have February’s Southwark Crown Court ruling overturned that saw assets frozen and a receiver put in place for the failed investment scheme that was meant to set up jatropha biodiesel plantations.
