Supreme Court throws out appeal of pro-E15 ruling

In Washington, the Supreme Court has sent back to D.C. Circuit Court the challenge made to the EPA’s approval of E15 launched by the American Petroleum Institute, Grocery Manufacturers Association and a consortium. Pro-ethanol forces such as the RFA, ACE and Growth Energy all claimed victory against the anti-ethanol movement led by the oil and food industries.
