Stellantis looking at hybrid ethanol cars for Brazil by 2025

In Brazil, Reuters reports Stellantis is looking to produce and sell its ethanol hybrid vehicles by 2025 but the company’s CEO for South America said that a definitive time frame had not yet been set. As many as seven hybrid and electric models could be sold into the region by then. Ethanol is a key fuel in Brazil but its growing importance in India is also helping to drive technological development of an ethanol hybrid.
