Six new members join Hydrogen Council

October 1, 2026 |

In Belgium, the Hydrogen Council welcomed six new members: Acwa, EcoLog, Hydrom, Mitsui O.S.K Lines., TANAKA, and 2JCP.

The new members broaden the Council’s geographic representation to nearly 30 countries, including its first members in Oman and the Czech Republic.

The entity said the new members bring capabilities spanning industrial manufacturing and system integration, large-scale hydrogen production, market development, infrastructure, and international transport and technology. Together, they add experience across many of the practical elements needed to connect hydrogen supply with demand and advance deployment at scale, it added.

Ivana Jemelkova, CEO of the Hydrogen Council, said: “Hydrogen is a team sport. No single company can build the market alone. Scaling hydrogen requires companies with different capabilities to work together across the value chain. Our six new members bring valuable experience and perspectives to that collective effort.”

The Hydrogen Council is the world’s largest and only CEO-led hydrogen alliance, bringing together some 140 companies from nearly 30 countries across the entire hydrogen value chain.
