Rivamadrid switches to B20 biodiesel
In Spain, Rivamadrid, the company responsible for trash and recycling collection in the capital, has converted 100 of its fleet to B20 from gasoline. The deal for $3.13 million with Repsol to supply the B20 will guarantee at least a 20% reduction in the company’s CO2 emissions in line with the city’s goal to be carbon neutral by 2030.
