RFA concerned Trump would repeal IRA if president
In Washington, Brownfield Ag News reports the Renewable Fuels Association is worried that if former President Trump returns to the White House, he will drop the Inflation Reduction Act and along with it important tax breaks for the biofuels sector such as the 45Z sustainable aviation fuel credit. The RFA is encouraged, however, to see Republican congressmen supporting the SAF credit amongst other pieces of the IRA and believes those messages are getting through to the Trump campaign.
