PetroVietnam's Dung Quat ethanol plant nears completion

In Vietnam, 75% of the construction of PetroVietnam’s 100 million liter Dung Quat ethanol plant is complete, meaning an on-time start-up in October. The cassava-based facility is expected to double its production in the next few years.
