Petrobras to restart biodiesel production in Ceará
In Brazil, Investing.com reports Petrobras will resume biodiesel production in the northeastern state of Ceará, executive director Magda Chambriard said Friday. Chambriard said the company’s fuel price monetary policy is working. He reiterated that Petrobras will work to avoid shifting volatility from the international market to domestic fuel prices. The CEO said the company has been able to avoid shifting international volatility to local prices. With the war in Iran, many companies and countries are adjusting their policies to try to reduce their risk exposure to volatile energy markets.
