Pertamina teams with West Java for using waste to produce hydrogen, biomethane, and biofuels
In Indonesia, CNBC Indonesia reports PT Pertamina (Persero) signed a Joint Agreement with the West Java Provincial Government related to strategic collaboration to utilize waste into low-carbon hydrogen, biomethane, and biofuels. The cooperation is an important step to build an integrated hydrogen ecosystem while supporting the energy transition and solving waste problems in West Java.
The collaboration was marked by the signing of a Joint Agreement between PT Pertamina (Persero) and the West Java Provincial Government. (Bandung, 29/07). This agreement covers a wide range of strategic cooperation, ranging from new and renewable energy development, environmental management, to community empowerment.
