Ontario implements B2 on way to B4 for 2017

In Canada, Ontario has implemented its B2 blending mandate as of April 1, with the plan set to raise the mandate to B3 on Jan. 1, 2016 and B4 on Jan. 1, 2017. Biofuels to be blended with diesel must have a 30% GHG reduction this year, gradually rising to 50% and then 70% by 2017.
