On the Move in Biofuels: Cptn. Terry Carter joins Biofuels Center of North Carolina
In North Carolina, Retired U.S. Coast Guard veteran Captain Terry Carter has joined the Biofuels Center of North Carolina staff as director of eastern and military partnerships. He will lead a significant large project, Eastern Gain: Biofuels Enrich Our Communities, Economy, and Security. The project will create the biomass and production infrastructure to gain 50 million gallons of advanced biofuels a year for the military by 2015.
