In the United Kingdom, sustainable building biomaterials company Strong by Form has tapped The Wood Veneer Hub to bring its Woodflow-skin architectural surface material to the UK and US markets.
According to the Woodwoorking Network, Strong by Form’s Woodflow-skin combines the aesthetics of wood with the performance of an engineered material. It is suitable for interior cladding and “design forward architectural applications.”
WVH will serve as exclusive distributor of Woodflow skin, starting this year. “Our focus has always been on how materials shape the experience of a space,” Andrés Mitnik, CEO of Strong by Form, said in a statement. “This partnership allows Woodflow-skin to reach markets where material innovation and design culture go hand in hand.”
