Sensegen leans into fall flavors

In California, biotech-based specialty chemicals company Sensegen has launched seven autumnal flavors just in time for leaf-peeping/spooky season.

This biobased “culinary journey through autumn” includes vanilla, caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, pistachio, coffee, and lavender. The ingredients are all produced using precision fermentation.

“Our seven Fall Flavors are purposefully crafted to resonate with the moods of autumn. Whether consumers seek comfort, a bolt of energy, or a moment of relaxation, our flavors are designed to enhance the experience, making every sip and bite a sensory delight,” said VP of Flavors and Consumer Experience, Natasha D’Souza. The Fall Flavors collection is ideal for beverages, snacks, and baked goods.
