The transaction was completed on July 3rd and will not affect day-to-day production of Advanced Biochemical’s EPINITY biobased epichlorohydrin.
“ABT has been producing biobased epichlorohydrin for over 11 years at our site in Thailand,” Kazuaki Koga, managing director of AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited said in a press statement. “Integrating with AGC Vinythai will make our service even more efficient and effective in the future.”
