In Spain, a leading dairy company is helping cultured milk startups advance their technology by launching a startup incubator.

Pascual Innoventures—the innovation arm of Calidad Pascual, a Spanish dairy company with $1 billion in annual sales—has introduced the Mylkubator to help nurture young cellular agriculture companies looking to completely revolutionize the dairy industry away from cows.  Ten companies will be chosen for the six-month program that includes mentorship and access to Calidad Pascual’s R&D sites.

Startups developing replacements for both cow’s milk and human breast milk are welcome to apply, as are those using cellular agriculture methods or fermentation-based solutions.

Pascual Innoventures says the application process has begun.
