In California, Amyris has expanded an existing contract manufacturing pact with Spain’s ADL Bionatur Solutions.
Amyris develops and produces renewable ingredients for the Health & Wellness, Clean Beauty and Flavors & Fragrances markets.
“We are very pleased with the production quality and cost we’ve achieved and our ability to access sugarcane-based feedstock for our fermentation capacity at ADL in Spain. This asset combined with our expanded access to the DSM-owned Brotas facility enables us the flexibility to meet growing demand from our customers,” said Eduardo Alvarez, Amyris Chief Operating Officer.
