In California, Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc., a provider of bio-based pest management and plant health products for the agriculture, turf and ornamental and water treatment markets, is co-sponsoring “The Grow Off”, a prominent Colorado cannabis growing competition, currently in progress, which will be finalized in August, 2018 in Denver, Colorado.
The Grow Off is a science-based competition that awards prizes to cannabis growers in three categories: terpene content, yield and potency. To maintain the integrity of the competition, testing to calculate the results is conducted entirely by third party labs. In addition to the competition, the event serves as a valuable platform for growers to interact with each other and share insight about their plant health and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
