In Missouri, speaker company House of Marley has replaced plastic with natural and biodegradable materials like bamboo, FSC-certified wood, organic cork and cotton, and vegetable dyed leather.

The company’s offerings include headphones, portable speakers, home audio systems, a turntable, and two watches.  While not 100% biobased, its speakers and headphones also prioritize using recycled materials as well as easy-to-recycle materials such as aluminum and stainless steel.

Despite unconventional materials, House of Marley’s products still have the bells and whistles of other audio products, such as Bluetooth, portability, and acoustics.
