In Georgia, a new eco-friendly underwear brand is donating $4 of every pair of underwear towards nine top charities hand-picked by the company, Marc Skid, to help save the world. Marc Skid’s brand and mission focus on making sustainable underwear from Repreve’s recycled plastic bottle textiles and organic non-GMO pima cotton from Peru that doesn’t use pesticides, insecticides or other chemicals.
The underwear come in both men and women’s styles and each color supports a part of the company’s platform. Green supports charities that feed the world, blue supports helping the environment, red supports curing the world, and white supports any of the nine charity options of the customer’s choosing. The nine Charity Navigator Four Star charity partners include Action Against Hunger, Amazon Conservation Association, Carbon Fund, Catholic Medical Mission Board, Concern Foundation, feedONE, Project C.U.R.E., The Hunger Project and Water.org.
