The ministry said five Memorandums of Understanding valued at more than $113 million resulted from business matching sessions between local companies and their counterparts from Kazakhstan, India, China and Switzerland.
“Close to 34,000 guests visited the Malaysia Pavilion, and we had 20 business matching activities during the event,” says Bioeconomy Corporation Project Director and Senior Vice President Zainal Azman Abu Kasim. “We are expecting more collaborations and contract signings in the next few weeks, as some of them are still finalizing the details.”
The MOUs included a sewage treatment deal between Ronser Biotech and KazBiotechnologies.
