In Utah, Zija International introduced a protein supplement powder made from the leaves of the nutrient-dense Moringa oleifera tree. When combined with both pea and rice protein, each individually-packaged serving provides 20 grams of 100 percent gluten-free, soy-free, vegan protein and is available in Dutch Chocolate and Vanilla Bean flavors.
Fresh Moringa leaves contain over 90 vitamins, minerals, proteins, antioxidants and omega oils and offer four times the calcium of milk, three times the potassium of bananas and seven times the vitamin C of oranges. Zija’s Moringa tree leaves are farm-grown without chemicals, harvested by hand and shade-dried to ensure the essential nutrients remain intact.
