Neste plans to start trials operations of expanded renewable fuels facility in Singapore soon

In Singapore, Reuters reports Neste plans to start up trial operations at its expanded renewable fuels facility in Singapore during the next couple of weeks while the official inauguration of the 1.3 million metric ton per year facility is set for May. Between the expansion, production in Rotterdam as well as its joint venture facility in Martinez, California, the company’s total biofuel will reach 5.5 million tons by the end of 2023, up from its current production of 3.3 million tons.
