Malaysia’s Federal Land Development Authority looking at B100 options
In Malaysia, Bernama news agency reports the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) plans to begin implementing use of B100 as a way for the government to get used to the idea. Currently the country has a B10 mandate and is set to increase that to B15 with an intermediate step of B12. The country doesn’t currently produce enough palm oil to produce enough B100 to supply further scale up nationwide but companies such as FELDA could take it up without having to roll it out across all retail outlets.
