Iowa hoping Biden hasn’t switched sides on RFS in favor of Carlyle Group

In Iowa, the state’s renewable fuels association so hopes that reports of vice president Joe Biden turning his back on biofuels at the behest of a Pennsylvania congressman loyal to the Carlyle Group and their refinery in his district are untrue that it has published a full page ad asking the question in the Des Moines Register.
