Biofuels Digest Index drops to 61.73 as oil prices head down

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dropped 0.60 percent to 61.73 as oil prices headed down. For the day, Ceres (CERE) soared 14.56 percent to $0.23, while Gevo (GEVO) soared 16.80 percent to $0.16. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) dropped 5.63 percent to $3.39. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 for the day.
