Indonesia allocated another 3.5M tons to supply B50 roll out on July 1
In Indonesia, Antara news agency reports that 3.5 million metric tons of crude palm oil is being set aside by the government to facilitate the introduction of 50% biodiesel blending set to begin on July 1, bringing the total to 5.3 million tons including the already alotted volumes. Despite the increased volume destined for blending, exports are expected to continue to rise thanks to an additional 6 million tons of production, ensuring that the B50 program doesn’t impact export volumes.
