India’s oil and gas ministry to buy ethanol from mills directly

In India, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas will buy ethanol directly from sugar mills at the floor price established late last year. Ethanol to supply the 5% mandate has been sourced via tender directly by the Oil Marketing Companies but mills haven’t been successful in closing supply contracts in a timely manner.
