Indian oil ministry using blend-wall argument to keep ethanol at 10%
In India, the oil ministry wants to cap ethanol blending at 10% despite earlier policies that hoped to reach 20% by 2017. The ministry is using a blend-wall argument, saying that cars can’t handle above 10% ethanol.
