Indian biofuel board to set up cashew apple-based biofuel pilot plants

In India, the Karnataka State Biofuel Development Board is planning to set up pilot plants in the next six months to demonstrate biofuel production from cashew apples and coffee pulp. Rules regarding excise taxes need to be ironed out before the plants can be set up.
