Global Ethanol Association and DNV launch three-year data intelligence partnership

In Switzerland, the Global Ethanol Association (GEA) and DNV launched a three-year Ethanol Data Intelligence Partnership, marking an important expansion of their collaboration in ethanol research and data intelligence.

Under the partnership, GEA will develop and provide comprehensive ethanol fuel data intelligence for integration into DNV’s Alternative Fuels Insight (AFI) platform. The initiative will progressively build a structured global database of ethanol production facilities, covering key information including locations, production capacities, feedstocks and raw materials, fuel and output categories, based on documented and traceable sources.

The collaboration represents an important step in the development of GEA’s research and data intelligence capabilities and aims to improve visibility and transparency across the global ethanol industry.
