Galia Green Power lands 18-year $101.6M financing for Polish biogas
It is one of the largest financing transactions for biogas and biomethane projects in Poland in recent years. It covers acquisitions of biogas plants and development investments, including expansion of existing installations and implementation of new biomethane projects.
The agreement was concluded for 18 years, and the first tranche will be launched in the current quarter. The financing model enables flexible inclusion of subsequent projects meeting specified technological and environmental criteria. In the future, the available financing pool may be increased by PLN 225 million, allowing further investments to be covered.
