FTC extends comment period on labeling pumps above E10

In Washington, the Federal Trade Commission has extended the comment period regarding the proposed Fuel Rating Rule that would require labeling of ethanol blends higher of 10% and of different octane ratings. The comment period is now open until July 2, 2014 instead of closing on June 2, 2014.
