European ethanol crush margins continue to sink

In the Netherlands, crush margins for ethanol in Europe continue to slide as wheat and corn prices fall. In December, the average crush margin for wheat was minus Eur62.48/ton, the lowest seen since April when it was Eur84.35/ton. For corn, the crush margin was Eur33.78, the lowest since July when it got down to Eur1.56.
