Ethanol production slightly higher on the week as stocks climb
In Washington, Brownfield Ag News reports Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production remained rose slightly last week to an average of 1.017 million barrels per day while demand fell enough to see stocks rise by 139,000 barrels on the week to 26.02 million barrels. Exports fell nearly 40,000 barrels per day from the week before at 139,000 barrels per day but it was still 10,000 barrels per day higher than the same time last year.
